WCA is pleased to offer the opportunity to attend any live WCA auction online, in real time. You can you see all auction items, bid on equipment over a secure connection, and complete all necessary paperwork, directly from your computer. Visit our “register to bid” page for more information.

If you are unable to attend a live auction and do not want to bid in real-time, online, you may place an absentee bid for equipment in advance.
Bidding starts at the lowest bid established either online or on the floor, and the auctioneer will keep bidding on your behalf until your bid has been surpassed or you are the successful high bidder. A 25% deposit of your bid amount is collected prior to placing the absentee bid. All absentee bids are considered the same as bidding live in person and are governed by the “Terms of Bidding & Sale”.

You can place an absentee bid with WCA in two ways:

01. Place an Absentee Bid with the WCA Absentee Bidder Form at any time.

Download the WCA Absentee Bidder Form and fill it out entirely. Fax it to WCA at 951.490.4390. Make sure you send the absentee bid in plenty of time to be received by the auctioneer. A WCA equipment specialist can also help coordinate the placing of your absentee bid, call WCA at 951-490-0149.

02. Place a Pre-Bid Online Prior to the Auction (thru Proxibid or Equipment Facts).

Click on “View Current Inventory” for the appropriate auction listed above, and sign into your Proxibid account. Then simply place your Pre-Bids on the lots you’ve selected. NOTE: On-Line Bidder Registration is required prior to placing an On-Line Pre-Bid.
